It’s more than just putting together what you want to sell. It’s a deliberate and measured process for aligning who you are, who your people are, what you need, and what they need.
It has very little to do with what the market will bear and everything to do with how to create something you actually love offering and that your people love receiving.
Rather than a capitalistic approach to offer creation (a la, “What can I create to make what I do profitable?”), we take a design approach.
